According to past history, the author seem to do her homework on animal species really well and lion could mate 20-40 times per day and mate for several days in row as long as the partner could accept him. Even they are made from flesh and only intended for species matcing when it come to intercourse, the ways it go in and pull out will not be smooth. If i recalled via mtl. When xiu transformed into lion form he loss his sense of reason and killed many enemies even allies? (as i recalled there was ongoing war between the human race and beast race that time). And to stop xiu in rampaging , du ze went to xiu. ฅ(๑*▽*๑)ฅ!! Xiu in beast form then kidnapped duze. Du ze was so scared when lion xiu tried to embrace him but .. Xiu held to his promise ( during The dragon form thingy~) that "he will not hurt du ze anymore".
