Reading at Wuxiaworld on Le Phone

So whenever I try to read at Wuxiaworld on my phone, after 2 chapters, my phone gets really hot. It seems this only happens when I'm reading at Wuxiaworld. Anything I could do about this?(Can't get a new phone )

how about trying another app browser, opera mini is gpod when on phone, and just for browsing and reading, well don't forget to turn OFF the add blocker on your supported sites and tranzlators,

after chapter loads try putting your phone on airplane mode it stops the phone from receiving signal of any type so the phone no longer working hard . Then when you want load load next chapter just turn on wifi or stop unnecessary background apps . I guess this can work my phone doesn't do that

Whatever WuxiaWorld does on their website, it's constantly running Javascript, I reccomend downloading some simple 3rd party browser that always has Javascript turned off for whenever you read from WW.

 

WW is at fault, totally. Try tracking your battery life next time you binge on WW, your battery level will sink sooo fast.

 

Last time I checked, WW has an absurd amount of ads on it, including those bastard video ads. Download an adblocker for your phone, block WW, and the problem should at least be diminished.

I wouldn't normally suggest an adblock, but when a site's ads are so obnoxious (the video ads burn battery, lag everything, and burn data), then I believe it to be completely justified.

If the problem has to do with something else, then ignore this post.

 

Tried reading on the reading mode that comes with safari, blocks out the video ads and most unnecessary things. Read more than 2 chapters and phone is doing just fine now.

Adblocker only hides the ads but they still get downloaded... So use adguard.... Not on playstore... Download from their site

 

Yes, the main site will really drain your battery.

Use UC Browser Speed Mode, kills javascript and all ads with it!

 

hehehe heh yes that site pretty much exploded my old phone too..... my phone would get quite warm before it decides it wont take it anymore and close the browser or restart my phone.....

 

Since i'm not that adept with tech and stuff. I can only recommend you to grab a fan and point it at your phone or simply turn the AC on.. Lol

For me gravitytales is a true killer.
In one chapter,my browser crash about 2-3 times,if unlucky even 5-6..and all i can do is put the phone on airplane mode at every chapter,if not then the browser crash again.And i tried about 5 browsers?and just gravitytales....

 

The old site was the worst.
