You can't AFAIK. The default is there due to some Database necessities for things to not break IIRC.

You can't remove it. The default list is where all new novels are added if you tick a checkbox by a release on the main or novel's pages.
Just rename it to one of your other lists, move the novels and remove the old list.

Is there any way to filter out a specific translator from my reading list? I don't want Ziru's-80-chapters-behind releases of LDM to mess up what is the latest chapter I've read from the novel.

    Didn't work.
It says "removed on Novel Updates Main Page", not "on the reading list", so I guess it's impossible.
    But thanks anyway.

    Guess not...
Still, you can use it to clean up the novel page's release section.

You could kinda hide* Ziru's releases on your reading list with uBlock Origin, but they won't get replaced with other group's (the field will be empty), so you won't always know if there was a new release for the group you're following...

So your best choice is to check the novel's page.

    Or use https://www.novelupdates.com/series-filtering/
If you add a novel there, the releases will always be one click away. Similar to Reading List/Novel's Page, yet better (if you add only one).
And you could always use uBlock to get rid of Ziru's releases there:
    Code:
    ##tr:has-text(/Ziru/)
Just try to block any element on NU and replace it with this line.

*Just in case you wanted to try having an empty field on your reading list instead of ZIru's release:
    Code:
    ##:xpath(//td[.//a[contains(@href,"://zirusmusings.com")]])
This hides the entire field (release's name/link, the book icon, edit notes).
If you want to keep the icons:
    Code:
    ##:xpath(//a[contains(@href,"://zirusmusings.com")])
Release's name/link will disappear, even in the book popup. It will NOT get replaced with Corona's.

So, like I said, mostly useless.
