me too, names are the most confusing in mtl. If you're using ck101 for mtl, try using danmelia at the same time, i found danmelia mostly translate the name to pinyin, and the translation translate a little better, but some sentence doesn't get to translate to English, the same with ck101 too. Hope this help

The MC after rebirth wanted to grab his (ml) mighty thigh so in order to do that he acted like he was scared and wanted sleep with his big brother. ML was suspicious but let him. After that slowly ML accepted that he and MC will sleep together. Because the MC was so cute and obedient he started wanting to monopolize him. Gradually he figured he loved the mc regardless of gender, relation. It started from when the MC was 13. Well the ML has huge filial piety and so did MC. The father finds from the ml true father and was shocked. They eventually tell him too. ML and MC get married. ML only cares about adoptive father not true one. After a lot of events such as marriage drama they eventually get together
oh yea in mtl it wasn't too clear but the mom fell down the stairs and almost had a miscarriage there or something right? can u explain that episode I wasn't too clear on that. And also does the ML Know that MC doesn't like the mom?
Mc, ml, and the mother was at the stairs. Mc remember that in the previous life he was pushed down from the stairs, and the mother was shouting something like " shu heng what are you doing? " or something, so he thinks that ml was the one that pushed him down. In fact it was the mom who pushed him down and framed ml, so he schemes to make the mom fall instead. Later, mc was poisoned by the mother to framed the ml, after mc told him, he crying pitifully in ml arms, that was the point that he can openly trying to pit his mother because if he gets caught there are a reason why he doesn't like his mother.
ML had cc camera everywhere. He knew that MC didn't like his mom. Due to this ML told their father he is going to raise MC away from home. Mom acted like her heart was broken and couldn't live without MC and that falling happened. Nobody bought that. MC basically acted like a cute kid who wants to sleep with his big brother. When he woke up in the morning he would be using the ml like a long pillow? I don't know the English word for that at first ML acted like he was annoyed then later he deliberately made them sleep like they were cuddling.
I'm on chapter 50~, and ML just told the MC the reason he's dressing him in cute animal pajamas (they even have tails on) is for research for his company. MC believed him. I just can't with these two. Meanwhile, ML is getting more and more possessive but MC persists in believing ML is straight.
