So I just finished Back to the Countryside and while it isn’t extraordinary or groundbreaking, I enjoyed the pacing and story so much! If you have bl novels that are similar to this ease recommend me! • Preferably less than 200 chapters • Better if omegaverse, mpreg, or if there is childcare • Not so slow and not so fast pacing— not boring to read. I dont like it if it gets dragged out • Doting husbands from the beginning • Shou is reasonable and not snobby or annoying • Can be secretly married who loves each other • little to no angst • I want some sweet scenes
If you're interested, maybe you can read "Short story of Shaowang". It's an omegaverse story that has fewer than 100 chapters but I think it can already cover the whole plot well, the storyline is very interesting, and adorable. I slightly forgot whether they ended up having children or not in the end tho, but yeah, it's worth to read.
If for story try 'devil venerable also wants to know". If something sweet try "the supporting male character just wants to be a toolman" or any of thus author's novel. If short sweet go some reading lists for bl short stories (as no particular name comes to my mind right now)
