In Different World with a Naruto System The only fanfic that was decent imo, kinda great start, but rushed ending Charm of Soul pets not really fanfiction, but feels like chinese pokemon, there's tier 1-10 with each tier being 10 levels, which means 100 levels is the max for their monster pets
