"The desolate era" is a easy choice to recommend and its fully translated. Its slightly less "murder hobo" main character that runs around and kills and loots little more social contract... dont worry it still has plenty of murder and mayhem. Same author as Coiling dragon. "Mystical journey", It does not have 40 different side characters or advanced politics and that is its strength it keeps it simple. And its fully translated which is a small boon that you dont need to wait 3years for it to finish. Find this a perfect popcorn side turner its not deep or particularly profound but its very fun and easy to read. Give em a go and see if either is to your taste
