(NOTE: the story appears to be abandoned) Male MC dies along with the rest of the universe when the gods decide to do a server wipe in prep for the new update. One of the gods picked him up from being deleted to be its avatar in the new game universe. MC reincarnates as a female salamander type creature in a primordial world. She gets a quest from her god. Like I said, this story was very good while it lasted. It stopped during the MC's second reincarnation a bit later in the world's time line.
