can't remember a single thing about this novel, except for its description.

it's something along the lines of "if i can reincarnate, i would do everything to my hearts content, kill everyone i want" something like that. it's a cultivation novel, obviously. pretty sure the MC comes from 21st century, or at least from Earth. that's all i know. (maybe has "devil" or "demon" in title, or similar words. >>maybe<<)

That described A LOT of isekai.

I don't know if Japan/Korea just has a massive problem with people repressing themselves but something like 70+% of all ISekai have the MC either die from overwork or swear that after getting a second chance at life they'll live to their heart's content.... and they never let you forget it either because they'll bring it up again several times.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with an MC having that kind of motivation... but it gets a little old when EVERYONE SAYS IT!

Seriously Japan/Korea let your prople relax a little! I"m getting a bit worried about them with how repressed characters are becoming in their media.
