I have to say that I thought it was interesting at first but real quick the MC’s personality became so obnoxious that I couldn’t read it anymore. That’s not even factoring how so childishly idealistic he was and having everything go his way. Honestly that thing should be rated T cause I can only see children liking it.

Shinobi the RPG is similar but the MC doesn't give awful speeches all the time. It has its own problems though. It's system is based on Fallout instead of The Gamer.
I enjoy Reborn in Narutoverse. Its the third Naruto fanfic I've read after the first one Naruto harem was dropped suddenly before the first s** scene even happened. EDIT: OH shoot, RIN isn't smut or harem, btw...
