How about History’s Strongest Senior Brother? I don't know how old he was in his previous life, but I believe he has lived long enough to have a lot of experience behind him. Definitely a scheming bastard, those are the best parts of the novel, the fight scenes are not that impressive compared to it. And he's already used to killing right from the beginning of the novel so you don't see any emotional drama from first kill or anything. Gains a lover later on, though he meets her fairly early, she takes care of herself quite well, and MC is always 2 steps ahead of everyone else so he doesn't really keep anything close by that would be a baggage, he makes use of everything he has got, even his girlfriend...though not is a detestable way, he still really cares about the people close to him.
