    lol, thats what I thought too. Roland is supposed to look in his early 20s while Anna is 18 at the start of the novel, I also thought Roland would be a bit skinnier since He's a douchebag before Cheng Yan took over.
    lol indeed, Nightingale look like an auntie lol.

    so far so good i dont mind cgi battle at all

    this probably will be AOTY if pacing done right.

    man if there eng dub or japaness dub would be great.

    FFS how old were you expecting these people to be? 12?

    They look like early 20's to me which is roughly appropriate.

    Anyways I gotta question how they convert something like this to anime without cutting a ton of crap or making it relatively boring.

    Is this even an anime? I guess you guys are the kind of people to call Avatar the last Airbender and Totally Spies anime too. Might as well call Mickey Mouse and The Incredibles anime as well.

    Pretty sure they share the word. They are right beside each other, it's not a weird thing. And, i think the chinese word is something like animation, so.

    lol wtf is this? I had misgivings when I saw DD in CG but damn is it possible that the Chinese anime are all sub-par i can understand how Arslan could be used as a reference for Roland but damn it why must it scream knock-off so blatantly. and Nightingale and Wendy and co were good for the "Nee-San" type characters now why is she looking old enough to be Anna's mother...why?
