well, If the animators of King's Avatar(a big chance that it will be) do the adaptation, art wise it would be good, that said, I think they'll butcher a lot of things and will inevitable turn it into messy story no matter what, seeing the novel's pace, it's too slow to be adapted faithfully, unless they go long series like One Piece or Naruto, which I doubt would happen.
I've read, but... why the fuck is the heroine so young looking? I thought she was an elderly sister type? Did I remember or read wrong in the source material, or is this the artist's aesthetics for the comic? It's hard to imagine such a mentality (cool beauty) or activity (spoilers) from a body like that. Overall, the plot remains the same, so this adaptation is acceptable.
Chapter 6 comments - 1) He calls it a wooden shed but the bottom part is made of stone! 2) The stone seems to disappear inside the house 3) The building is completely shut when she is practicing with fire, isn't he worried about Carbon monoxide poisoning? Or does magic not generate any carbon monoxide? though technically speaking that yellow around a flame is technically soot which is carbon based.
