Someone contacted that firm with a fake request of translation, they said that they are doing MTL within first reply.

Don't be so heavy handed on Seki, quality improved alot compared to his first chapters.

I don't personally mind all the translator drama. I respect Roxerer for giving really good translations of first 300 something chaps. I'm glad that seki picked it up (way better tl than lnmtl lmao) afterwards so that I could continue enjoying it. I switched to QI ever since it surpassed seki's ( I go for that quantity ), but there seems to be a lot of hate bashing the translator on QI. I don't really understand, the TL is decent (well I usually read on lnmtl so anything that's readable is a dream come true for me), and they have really fast releases. Don't really know where the hate is coming from (maybe it was explained earlier in this thread, but I've only read this last page so idk) so could someone explain?

Most people are prejudiced against us to begin with because of QIs actions with other things in the scene irrelevant to this novel, and most readers only see edit quality and not translation quality so QI haters use the former a lot as an excuse to support Sekis (poached) series.

 

I have nothing against you but someone from Qidian talking about poaching after they stole all the novels from WW it's just so funny(of course you can say that you had an agreement or whatever with ww before that but that's another thing) Anyway top kek!

Do not use qidian as a shield against the criticisms.

Lets ignore fact that people point straight to MTL to describe your/transn "translation". Constant mistranslation of names, locations, titles, crappy MTL syntax leftovers... google does identical name/etc errors... hmm... must be coincidence! You are quite lucky that RTW uses very simple writing style, thus easy to edit into something readable out of the MTL. But you can't even do editing properly, so everyone is complaining.

Complains directed to you and transn, stop grabbing onto everything to make excuses. Oh my, do I detect an inferiority complex against Seki? Well your fears are well placed, because he does better job at translating and editing compared to transn.

Instead of writing pointless excuses here, maybe you should use that time to fix those rushed RTW chapters? Well you know, maybe you'd get less complains.

 

LMAO that's so true, btw you like the author of breakers as well (read your spoiler)? His art is amazing (especially the women :3) and story is pretty nice too, can't wait for part 3!

Also, another question, who is this QI_Meh guy/gal? I've never seen them before this thread, and it seems like you guys are treating them as the official QI, is QI_Meh a QI alt account, a troll, a QI supporter, or what?
