I don't know any spanish but it's a little bit similar to my native and italian so I get it somehow, also I opened the spoilers in my mac/laptop screen and used my phone with google translate app to mtl from my laptop screen (if on laptop the pic is too small to get the word clear, just zoom in and that's it). Google translate app on phone has the option of photo translation so it's pretty easy. The translation is quite good (it's not chinese or japanese, so google tl is quite good with spanish). She tells Heinly with a poker face that she is OK if he takes princess as her concubine tho in her mind... "If Sovieshu taking Rasta as concubine was like a rope slowly tightening around my neck then Heinley taking Princess as his concubine/queen it's a straight arrow to my heart." At this time, Heinley gets very very nervous about this situation and Navier, he nervously approaches her and try to explain that what he promised at the beginning (to never take a concubine, to have/love on Navier) he will alway fulfill his promises. He tries to make it clear like "Queen, please believe in me." and then after something along the lines and Navier was watching an then says "I love you". It was so abrupt and unexpected that Heinley still tries to explain "Queen, please let me..." then stops shocked. He stays still, shocked of what he heard but couldn't believe. The last post on insta is this confession, so I don't know what next, like his reaction later. I don't have time to copy/paste and then edit all the TL, but as I said, google translate mobile app makes wonders sometimes...

Chapter 158. Spoiler Heinley and Navier discuss how they will deal with aristocrats spreading rumours of her infertility and why they are suddenly not acting anymore. Heinley asks how Navier dealt with nobles back at the Eastern Empire and she wants to share her stories when she suddenly gets another “magic-attack”. Heinley says they need to visit the magic academy ASAP. Bad news for Sovieshu come: the news article reports that Rasta’s real father claimed that he didn’t know his daughter became empress, she is ashamed of him and got herself fake noble parents, when he came to see her she kicked him out. He is worried because if this doesn’t stop and Rashta being a slave comes to light, Gloriem will not be able to become the first empress/female ruler in history (as a child of a slave). Rashta was enraged and summoned the journalist (Johnson), he demanded his sister back or he will never let go of her and continue to look for her misdeeds. But don’t worry Sovieshu, Gloriem was never meant to be the first female ruler *karma coming back at you, bitch*
Rashta was pregnant and gave birth to a baby girl, Sovieshu names her Gloriem. Spoiler Gloriem is not Sovieshus child, but a child from her previous lover-Alan, the son of her employer.

I think Navier's brother doesn't want to be an emperor, and so given that it looks like an emperor can pick their successor and not be limited to eldest son (similar to Chinese empire system), then I guess the duke could just pick whoever he feels is best fitted for this role. Navier is out given she is queen in a different country, and I am guessing her son is going to be the king of the Western kingdom, so I guess it would make sense for Navier's daughter to be empress in that case (since Stupidshoe already changed the rule about having an empress instead of an emperor when he thought he had a daughter).
I read in some of korean webs and got some spoiler, my korean is not that good but I understand some points 1. Heinly and Navier had twins, Lary (girl) which looked like Navier but with Heinly's personality, the boy Kai looked like Heinly but he inherited Navier personality. The twins are just complete opposite. They born with magical power since their parents do, and said to be very good at it. And they are rised to be the leader of both country (one to be the emperor/empress of Seodae Jaeguk (after Heinly), and the other to be the ruler of Dongdae Jaeguk (Navier's motherland). I don't know which one since they didn't say that. 2. Rasta, after it was proven that Gloriem is not Sovieshu's, he tried to throw her down from the throne, she was sent to a palace tower and was imprisoned there. After sometime, one of the maid brought a pill or medicine(?) there, Rasta then eat it and commit suicide (she poison herself). But Im not sure about this, Is she really commit suicide or it was Sovieshu (like he ordered to kill Rasta) Edit: it wasn't a maid but some unknown men that have been lived in the tower for a long time that give Rasta the medicine 3. A tragic end come to Sovieshu, after he learned about his daughter truth he sent her away, unfortunately the wagon that carried her was attacked by a thief. No one know if she survived or not, but only a bloody cloth was sent to Sovieshu. He got depressed and he missed Navier. He went crazy and his personality divided into two. One personality from his time being the Crown Prince (and the memories with Navier), then he decided to empty his heart and looking for a successor, he then called Duke of Troby (Navier's father) to take care of the country. Edit: Sovieshu suffered from schizophrenia and his personality split into two. His mental state was 19 y.o (when he lived happily with Navier) in the day, and back to his adult self in the night. He later developed more serious issue with halucinations, the young sovieshu started to blame his older self and it frustated him. He even went to Western Kingdom to meet Navier, he begged her to comeback but was being rejected. He got better and better after sometimes, then decided to fulfill his role as an emperor as Navier said. It is said that one of Navier children will be the next in throne after his father. In that post you can find out about Duke Elgi, McKenna and his wife(?), also about Gloriem, she survived and live as a commoners
About the name of Navier and Heinly's twins, it was written as 카이사 (Ka-i-sa) or Caesar (?) and 라르스 (Ra-reu-s) Lars (?) in korean, so I got confused since we don't know the official name yet, the translation sometimes different
As I read in korean web, they fell in love with each other and maybe getting married in the end. But there still no details in their relationship
Spoiler chapter 237 : Navier Giving Birth Apparently Heinly was away when she was in labor. He received a letter from the Union (maybe the alliance between East and West Empire) and soon returned to the Imperial palace. When he arrived the situation was very cluttered, everyone was running around even some court men cried. McKenna also looked surprised (He was away with Heinly) and tried to find out what was going on here. Then, an escort (?) told them that Navier was in labor, premature. Heinly wanted to enter the bedroom but everyone did not let him in. So he was very nervous since he knew Navier was in pain. The funny part is he thought it will be easier to lay eggs than giving birth to a child After the twins born, Navier said that the baby was so crunchy (?) as she did not cry (I believe she wanted to say calm but in korean it was written as crunchy) . And then when she held the boy he started to cry and Navier hugged him. Heinly came and apologized since he wasn't there when she gave birth, they came earlier than he thought. He then put the Princess to the bed and touched her finger, suddenly she changed into a baby bird, the Prince did too. The baby birds cried, Navier expected the change but still the appearance shock them Ps: English and Korean aren't my first or second language so please bear with my broken English

And the nanny is McKenna i read it on naver blog I believe, I forgot the sourch but in that post it was said that McKenna volunteered to be the nanny for the twins since they change into birds alot. And he wws pretty good on taking care of them. Heinly and Navier also hands on parent. Basically they want to rise their children by their own, so they didn't hire any nanny but McKenna
