Ren, when is Wuxiaworld moving Patreon in-house to prevent legal trouble?

    From the discussion a few months back, Ren was planning to move Patreon in-house to prevent legal trouble since Qidian licensing agreement does not allow translations to be posted outside of Wuxiaworld. Qidian lawyers asked Wuxiaworld to remove the translations from Patreon.

    Ren mentioned that he will move Patreon in-house.

    Any update on the progress of this?

    Ren said he will move Patreon stuff in-house a few months ago. I am curious about the progress of it.

    It's a legit question IMO. I'm following up on what Ren said he will do.

    If your account had been made months ago and you were an active member of the community, then perhaps people would actually discuss the topic rather than call you someone stirring up trouble. And it's kind of obvious that you're trying to do so right now.

    Instead of riling up members of NovelUpdates forums, you could actually go to the lawyers of Qidian if you aren't Qidian, and ask them there. Or you could bring it to Qidian forums. I think they made that for a reason.
