    It has been quite a while since I read this, so I don't know if you know it, but:

    - MC (Male) focuses on mana regeneration and Aura skills
    - Story is a bit of a softcore misery p*rn
    - Probably read it on RRL

    Story recap:
    - MC (male) ends up in another world and gets saved by some people
    - MC does NOT understand the language they speak and has to learn it
    - He learns a spell to clean things
    - His "saviors" use him as a servant until they reach the next town
    - He starts working as an adventurer
