I'm reading a novel with the help of MTL, and suddenly come up with this : 英国公府. The novel's setting is ancient China-like place, nothing to do with England -_-;. So I'm guessing the country is called Yang or something. I think 府 could be the person's house/household, this kind of thing. 公 - duke? (in this setting?). 国公 - ...no idea (maybe some government position, but what is it called exactly), but it appears by itself or like 国公府 occasionally. I'm really confused . Err, here's a paragraph, if it can help for context: 阿箩出生在英国公府，是国公府里的四小姐，父亲魏昆是英国公魏长春的第五个儿子。阿箩是龙凤胎，还有一个弟弟名叫魏常弘，听说他们出生的时候轰动不小，国公爷高兴坏了，命人满大街撒喜糖，国公府门前的流水席摆了三天三夜。阿箩和常弘从小就没有母亲，父亲早早地娶了一名续弦。续弦夫人是忠义伯夫人的娘家侄女儿，名叫杜月盈，刚嫁来英国公府不久，便生下一个女儿魏筝，只比他们小了一岁。
Not a real reply, just want to publicly guess: Ying royal family, or Ying official residence (second seems more likely but I've no real clue because I'm special!)

Vanidor's correct. 英国公府 translates to Ying Kingdom's official residence/imperial palace. 公府 literally translates to the seat of the government
I used several, but only got more confused. Would really like to see how someone proficient in Chinese would translate it.

Separate it by this : 英 - this "Ying" was the title. 国公 - "GuoGong" is Duke. 公(this word is used for respect older male generation but not enough to be translated as Duke.) 府 - Manor/Residence So these four word translated: "Manor of Duke of Ying" or "Duke Ying's Manor(Residence)"
