    Its a fantasy. the mc is a swordsman and he becomes super power real fast and he travels to a higher world and he wins a tournament and fights alien races for pionts ends up beciming the Overlord.

    Sounds a bit similar to Sovereign of Judgement? Or a bit like Everyone Else is a Returnee except the one you talked about was with a sword and this is with a spear?

    I'm pretty sure Galactic Dark Net also has a bit where the MC is in a tournament and has to get points...except the MC from Galactic Dark Net was a hand to hand fighter? I can't remember much of it because I dropped it :/

    The tournament is to get into a sect and they fight in ancient ruins. the at the end the mcs main rival is a blafe user

    Sword Spirit has a points system in the bamboo forest and he fights against the blade faction champion, but there are no aliens ... at least not that I know of.
