I am looking for good reverse harem novels with real polygamy/polyamory, where MC is really strong and badass and has not only males in her harem but one or two females too.

Something like Beware of the Villainess, but with real harem and polygamy

There are some wattpad stories 'The Royal Harem' and 'Center of a New World' seems to fit your description. 'Heat' shows a polyamorous relationship. I'm pretty sure these three stories have quite a bit of smut in them though so if that bothers you better not check them out~~

 

Bi-Sexual poly harem? I don't believe their is a single one. The way most harems are written basically bars this from happening. Most male Harem-seeking types only like for women, or males in the case of Yaoi. It's the same on the flip side where women like for either all males or exclusively females.

You may possibly be able to find one or two on a fanfic website if you'd be willing to be in the time required.
