Other Request Rising of the shield hero light novel

does anyone have a way to read Volume 13 of rising of the Shield Hero light novel? I’ve bought all twelve other volumes on iBook but this one doesn’t come out until December.

 

I would assume no, since it comes out in December, hence not out yet.

 

I was hoping someone had a translation. I don’t want to wait a year or two to finish the series if I don’t have to

You can try the webnovel version. After reading both, I can say that there is only a small difference between them. Light novel version added some new arcs/stories, while changing the story a bit to fit the added stories. For example, theres no Glass and Kizuna arc in the webnovel, and the spirit tortoise died without the drama. IIRC the humanoid version didn't even exist in the webnovel version.

edit : Yoraikun hosted and translated the webnovel version. It's called Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari there.

 

The only way would be to read the Web novel.

The webnovel was translated in full and they appear to have changed a lot of stuff in the light novel.

 

Might as well just wait the under two months til it'll come out.

+1. All you can do is wait because the LN and WN are vastly different at this point.

 

I think the WN was pulled when they started the official LN translation I know they did it with a few others too
Edit: Yep WN starts at ch 135 skips to 185 then jumps to 342 as far as the previous NU link shows

 

I searched a bit and its just like you said, there is nothing after the volume 12. Is One Piece Books that slow? I expected that kind of translation speed from YenPress, but not them

You can probably read the raw if you learn Japanese or try the web novel.
