    So my dad roasted me like 3 mins ago when a lady told him "that must be your handsome son" and he replied "who dat?"...

    Anyways that inspired to make a thread asking people to share their stories of getting roasted by their parents...

    I once posted a story talking about how much I wanted to just stop studying for my exam and just go watch some stuff... My mom publicly answered to that, "I hope that the bank can see that this is my son being liable for not paying the loans. Not me."

    My dad never praises people to their face. (In fact, this is so bad, some of his students worry that he doesn’t like them, particularly the ones he boasts about all the time to everyone else.) So I’m used to him telling me about meeting beautiful women, but never getting told I look nice. I got upset one time when he praised a woman as beautiful to her face, when I was sitting there, and he’d never praised me.

    My mom is Asian. Degrading and humiliating me is her job
    She once did it in front of my teacher (in her mother language ofc) I was so f-ing embarrassed and mad at her bc the teacher could probably tell that i’m getting insulted at -.-
