both no harem, both pretty good

Well, you have the 2 masterpieces in their domain :
Toradora - Modern tsundere
Zero no Tsukaima - Traditionnal tsundere
EDIT : Now that i remember, the protag is a bit dense, but it's bearable and it doesn't last forever....

Okay then, ore monogatari isn't on their level but it's still good. Not everyone's cup of tea though.
This one is good but has a lot of feels shigatsu wa kimi no uso
Then we have this Tonari no kaibutsu-kun which is solid, slightly dense mc though so be warned

I think because most of the manga/webnovels turned into anime these days are the same harem crap
I recommend boku ga inai machi(Erased)
It is not romance focused but there is romance and it is enjoyable
Personally I do not like in your face romance so I enjoyed it

Kemono no Souja Erin
It has romance involved throughout the story, showing the build up of their relationships as they get older. All this whilst following a fantasy plot full of conspiracy, fun points, low points. To me, it's a masterpiece! But it isn't primarily focused on the romance.
If this isn't what your looking for, then sorry. I still think it should be watched if you haven't already.

He asked for an anime. In the anime, the harem is not really there....

 

A good 50% of the comedy is based on ecchi scenes and then misunderstandings between MC, Louise and the others female characters. Almost every female character in the show ends up being at least interested in the MC, how is that not harem ?

 

....Well, because at least, they don't cling to the protag. It's not like the protag is confessed everywhere and that he doesn't know what to do because he is an herbivore. So for me, it's not really an harem.
