What's wrong with secretary Kim? Crossing Code Shadow and Light Empress from another world I 10/10 recommend these, I read them a few years ago and they stayed in my favorite romance manhwa list ever since.

Kochō no Yumeji: a colored manga with fantasy and ayakashi elements. The romance is between a girl who was originally human and a guy (ayakashi) who feeds on and sells dreams. Completed. Umbrella Girl Dreams: though this is a manhua, it has a very beautiful art style, and I would recommend it if you end up liking Kochō no Yumeji's story structure and themes. It lacks a main romantic love plot line, but "love" is still a notable theme in the story. Ongoing. Tensei Shite Yandere Kouryaku Taishō Kyara to Shujūkankei ni Natta Kekka: a short manga that introduces too many side characters, but the main couple is nice. While the love interest is a yandere, it doesn't get too toxic and his character goes beyond the trope itself. Completed.
