The main part of the story was of a father that blamed a son for his wife passing, and his grandfather took care of him till he passed. After that the son was paid to abandon the family name and anything related to their 'business'. His aunt adopted him and he moved over to her country and then got hooked into a virtual reality game. Yea I remember it from ages ago and kinda wanna re-read it again however I don't remember the name of the novel and can't find the image that was used on the royalroadl website.
