There is currently a small window open for people to be able to send feedback to the U.S. Copyright Office concerning DMCAs. You can write any feedback you wish at https://www.takedownabuse.org/ and it ends in around 18 hours since the start of this post. The video has more information if you are unsure what this is about, and you can also leave feedback even if you live outside the U.S. There is also a reddit thread at /r/videos explaining the situation. I am requesting that you take some time to watch/read more information about this through the video and/or link I've provided and choose if you wish to leave feedback to improve the current system for DMCAs. But they may have another motive for choosing this day and having it only for a day because people will know it's April fools and think along the lines it might be a joke which could be, so they choose this day knowing that not as many would post. Those schemers!
Or maybe the best for the corporations and people whom profit from limiting accessibility of stories and releasing them outside their original language....
