He used wind magic to spin the fan blades so that the fan will push out air. Don't need to tell you anything else. Holy hell, that shit is so energy inefficient. Would prefer if the MC is more interested in advancing the technological level of the world. Saving the world or aiming to be an immortal is dumb and boring. Why fight when other people can just buy and use the WMD's that you created.
