Gear: Hunting knife in decorated leather sheath, belt pouch with variable contents, water pouch, large bag containing tools, preserved food, and a hnefatafl board. More astute observers, or rather would be thieves, would also find a hidden strange device that functions similar to a compass.

Appearance: Long white tunic, blue varangian trousers, short blonde hair and trimmed beard, blue eyes.

Backstory: From a family of woodworkers, he excelled at the craft of building boats, or at least so he claims. One day he simply appeared on a half-sinking ship on the shore of the settlemenet, carrying nothing but tools and supplies, which he foolishly squandered gambling with the locals. Since then, he's been wandering around households and the common area, offering repair services for food in return. Once in a while, he'd get drunk and ramble about building a ship and organizing an expedition to a place of great riches, but always passes out before he reveals what kind of place he has in mind.

Personality: True to his vices, he likes to play around both in games and with women. The latter makes him often hated by the more established men in the settlement, but he is generally considered harmless, as long as you find him work, as building things out of wood with his hands puts him into a trance state, and the obsession he has with his work trumps above all his other impulses.
