Hmm, its been 5 days and there is no new chapters in the raws. Did IET go on holiday or sth? I mean i know that there is chinese new year, but it was already last friday... @CKtalon_TMW

IET had announced 6 days break (15-20 Feb) to celebrate Chinese New Year.

Ahh okay thanks for clearing that up. It’s all good taking break, authors and translators deserve it. It’s just nice to know what’s going on, seems IET made it clear so no complaint from me

 

What’s your definition of good? What are you looking for? I like this novel so far, but it’s not really typical IET so if that’s what you are looking for you might want to look elsewhere?

Yeah, just about all IET MCs could fight close range. It might be one them things once he's in the Essence Soul realm his body might just transform and he could probably fight close range.

 

I bet if he wished to since its said that once you reach Essence Soul you are basicly immortal Unless you do sth or unless you are killed hell have enough time to get his body strong enough if he wanted to but there just iant any drive for it so it be best of he gets the body as well somehow...

Can someone tell me what’s happening in the raws?

It would suck if he becomes an essence soul immortal in his dream bc he won’t be allowed to kill Nine Mountain guy

 

Demons are evil as they feast on humans. Act of killing humans make you accumulate sins and hence bring the wrath of Heavens.

But if Humans feast and kill animals as a part of food cycle the sins accumulated are almost negligible.

So humans can kill beast and eat them...but if another race do the same to humans...then it's a massive evil which the Heavens can't take.

Demons are evil for taking away human children from their parents and killing them. A grave evil according to Heavens. So shouldn't same apply to Humans when they take away small animals from their parents and kill them just to enjoy that meat or use their skin? Because animals too have sentiments and kinship. I doubt the pain felt by animal parents is any less than the pain felt by human parents when their children are taken away.

It's all a part of food cycle. I can understand if from human perspective the demons are evil.

But why would Heavens consider the act of human eating as sinful but not the act of eating animals.

Because from the perspective of Heavens all races are ants. Or Heavens would consider it as a food cycle.

Sigh. Hate IET's bullshit logic because it has no logic. Never liked the war between Humans and Demons for this reason in most Chinese novels.
