Request Seeking to Get Raws for "The Tutorial Tower's Advanced Player"

Hello, Recently I wanted to read the Novel "The Tutorial Tower's Advanced Player", and Downloaded Naver Series on BlueStacks on my pc. Then got the Novel and tested Google lenses on First Chapter with my phone and was sufficient to understand the meaning. I then tried to buy cookies on the app, but it seems you can only purchase cookies if you have korean phone number or service provider or I-pin( which I Believe is Korean residence ID). The amount of cookies you can get free is 10 per day for 85 days, and those are just for renting as far as I have surmised. So My request is there any way first to buy the novel online as a Foreigner. If not then can anyone provide raws or direction to get the raws, since the legal way is not available in a simple matter?
