It will be published by GA Novel and it will have also a manga under Square Enix. I have the feeling that this one also will have an anime if the sales are good enough (with bouncing boobs). If you want me to compare with another novels I'd say that it has a few elemens taken from "Hagure Yuusha" and maybe some taken from "Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai". From the sinopsis, cover, and MTLd char. sheet and first few chapters, it looks like a pretty generic harem/rom-com in modern Japan fantasy setting. A cool beauty with rotten personality (is that the gap moe?) and tsundere loli that seems to be mind controlled by her clasmates at some point(?), presumably to be saved by the MC. Might be a decent enough read to kill some time, but I would not give it much hope.
