Am looking for series where the setting is midway between total collapse and business as usual, with superpowers. Foe example TC would be like Dominon's End or The First Hunter, were the social order has collapsed, no more countries and independent factions rising, the latter are like Solo Leveling or Kill the Hero were there is a world ending threat but for the most part life carried on normally and most countries live on. An example of what I want is Shadow Slave and Carnivorous Hunter( not a big fan of this but it has the setting I want) were most the world is destroyed, the rest is controlled by either a unified government or clans
