You know what's worse than being born in this world?
Is to experience regret and then realize that you were born to regret whatever decision you make in life.
And just to make it more worse about this is that regret is just choosing between which decision makes you lose less.
Tell me, what's more fuck up and depressing than the foreknowledge of a reality we can't disown, deny and truly escape from?

Mate you have to accept reality. If you've made decisions you regret, then just make sure you meditate on them. Ask yourself why you regret them and what you should have done. Analyse your past mistakes and think about how you can make new decisions to fix those mistakes or prevent them from happening again.

Who knows, in my next life I would become a Buddhist cultivator or something but I definitely don't want to be bald.

    So, an update.
My sister underwent a sectio caesarea (or caesarean section for you English speaker), because her baby heart rate decreased when she was inducted.

So yeah... She will enter the operating room in one hour......
Luckily, even in my third world country...... Mother and child death rate had become quite low, especially in big cities, thanks to modern science...... So that's something to be thankful for.

Oh, thoughts go out to you. This can be a stressful time, but hopefully mother and baby will both end up healthy. Modern medicine is indeed a great thing.

I was born half suffocated because of an inept nurse who closed my moms legs when I was half way out because it was inconvenient to have me born in the hallway, and/or because I had the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck twice, but I was fine and even army crawled from my mom's stomach to her chest to drink. So yeah, I was definitely healthy despite everything.
My mom almost died of an infection later because the doctors in charge that day were also inept and didn't remove all the placenta.
