This young woman name Yuka Takaoka

stabbed her male acquaintance or sempai with a knife, and said she was ready to kill herself after killing him.
People going around instagram for the past few days about her being a real life yandere and some are sympathising with her and calling her cute while some are worshipping her (for being a real life yandere)
Now is this good or bad? is she a yandere or simply just a psychopath? or just someone who just watched too much that became one?

Hard to say. Until we can find a way to feel their inner emotions and thoughts she could be any or all of the above. For now all we can do is guessing through what indication and evidence she might be.

 

Also i believe special attention are paid to her due to her good looks. If she were ugly or old their reaction would be more negative.

she is really cute, do not think she needs to go so far to get her senpai, maybe just a makeover or slutover for him would do the trick,even more because the news does not mention if he had girlfried/boyfried in the mix, only both of them!
and people how says that yandere's are cute only because they are fictional, only likes the devotion(the feeling) they bring in the mix and not them.
because the path is always a two ways path, your cute yandere girl/boy is only gonna to kill you if you give her reason to do so.

 

For those trying to defend her or just yandere in general while I agree that in stories and manga it’s sometimes cute with their devotion but even there it only goes so far and just like a lot of other things it is not cool to actually do that in real life. Now if they were dating and he was cheating then I could understand going psycho but from little I’ve seen he barely knew her so yea no excuse there.

That said, I don't think she's a yandere, because it was not stated why she killed him in the first place. Unless stated said motive corresponds to that of a yandere, then she was just a sociopath/psychopath that murdered her significant other.

You know what? I don't give a fuck what her intentions were, be it righteous or evil, but she committed a crime. She stabbed someone with the intent to kill. She failed and is now in jail and eventually prison. People saying she should be freed are fuck'en idiots or demented souls. Faith in Japanese folk as decent humans decreased. I'm starting to believe that how they portray modern Japanese people in dark or murder stories may not be that fictitious if these rumors are true.

 

I don't what to say mate, some people are simply too affected by what they watch and life can be harsh for many but I can't help but laugh when I think that there are people out there who says she is a yandere and some who said they wished they were in the place of that stabbed guy
I mean I like yanderes but only when they are in 2D as games/anime/manga/novels but not in real life, but still I really think that girl might have mental problems and not in the same way those fans of her think
