Discussion Should I restart some novels ?

I read many novels (just pretend i read all novels on nu which have (at least) releases every 3days) some of them I dropped (slow release, the actual plot annoying, no real reason, simply forgot them, some i don't start cause I don't have a real reason ), anyway I don't know what to read anymore so I just think about to restart some novels (I write the reason why I stop them in a spoiler, cause it's sometimes it's a spoiler ;P)

• Xian Ni never start or dropped real fast no real reason (can't remember if I had a reason )

  after the battle contest of the clan in the forest with the Princess it was so annoying or boring

  after little fishy just kinda annoy me at that time
• Transcending the nine heavens no real reasoname just stopped
• The nine cauldrons, seems to get a new start so maybe dropped cause it seems they stop translating
• Skyfire Avenue

  I stopped it at first cause the sci fi or I thought it was that real don't get the story in the first 5 chapter I could read when it start
• Btth if still don't caught up to the Manga no need to read it (read Manga first one of the reason why I start reading novels ^^)
• The six immortals to few chapter and kinda forgot
• The kings avatar

  somehow boring when the guy who driven him out starts fighting him
• Devouring the heavens just forgot it to less chapters and I wasn't into the story
• World of cultivation never start no real reason
• Dragon martial emperor the story just gets boring chapter 50 or so
• Limitless Sword God I think I start this anyway when pumpkin finish ST
• God and devil just got crap and don't have real hope I just put it here

I wanted to make a poll but my list got so long and to much work on my tablet so yeah

If you have some interesting original novles on rrl I like to know (don't mind grammar can't handle it myself, just a decent reading flow should be there apocalypse, rpg like world, xianxia,...(I think you guys know what the average Nu reader wants ^^ )

Sometimes my sentence don't make sense, my auto spell check sucks sometimes

 

If you was hesitant to drop them when you did you could check a few chapters ahead of where you stopped to see if it got any better.
If your out of things to read sometimes nuf members can give good suggestions

More than half of the novel's seemed to have been stopped for no reason.

If you want to restart novels then go ahead and restart.

The ones I like the best are World of Cultivation, Xian Ni and both the nines(cauldron and heaven)

 

Already posted such threads and read the novels they say (read most of them before so yeah and I don't want to be so disappointed again if the story starts suck again I I remember why

 

• Xian Ni is meh to me too. Compared to ISSTH it's kinda weird.
• LLS is... I'm honestly only reading it for the evolution of his summons.
• MGA I quit very early on. MC rapes and gets support for doing so? Nty. Revenge Rape is still rape you damn fools *swears at fans*
• TTNH is getting into politics which is fun. Reading about the MC dealing with spies to the country is fun.
• I gave up Nine Cauldrons too.
• Skyfire I like because of the character interactions. TJSS is very good at building up characters, backgrounds, plot, story, setting. Skyfire is pretty high grade but I can see why people dislike it...
• BTTH translation is far more deeper than the manhua. Like, the Misty Cloud dude who was so intent on killing the MC? He didn't have that stupid "I'm a traitor, muahaha" background in the original.
• Forgot what six immortals was about.
• King's avatar is very nice. But yea, I can see how it's length can turn people off. The conflicts draaaaaag.
• World of Cultivation is amazing. Like, holy crap.
• Never read DME.
• I stopped LSG... too weird.
• GandD is... urghsome.

 

Try Taint Little girls, made super devil little girl, wants revenge, perfect grammar, good flow, once a week update(so it may not be for you)
and
WIZARD WITH THE FLOWER BLADES Gender Bender though a lot of fun.

Both have 20 something chapters. Both originals.

 

No reasons is most times to long ago to remember why

Why did you give up on Nine Cauldron? It's background story of the the character before his reincarnation is the best among all reincarnation novels!! I mean THE BEST(repeating for emphasis). If you don't like reading about the background, you could always start from volume 2 directly.

I read up to the middle of Book 2. I just incredibly dislike MCs who are strong before they even become teens.

So Desolate Era, Perfect World, and Nine Cauldrons.

 

No there are some Western Novels that some people rate quite highly that I just find numerous flaws in. After reading as much fantasy as I have, you become disinclined to read stuff that is only about average when there is so much better that is left to read.

 

guess that means you don't read several JP novels well? Cos reincarnation as a child over there usually means OP kids. Hachinan, Mushoku Tensei, Gun Ota etc?

I guess Instant Kill would be out too?

Only difficult in your plan is to find that stuff I start reading novels when western fantasy can't satisfy me anymore
