Spoiler Shura's Wrath explained.

As the title suggests please explain shura's wrath to me with as much details as you can but without telling me everything.

Example: set in modern time mc plays game is op in game but there is magic in real life too mc is super op in real life he has a million girls but shit happens and so so so so so.......

Just explain it as clean as possible without making it 200 pages. Thanks.

MC is an insanely powerful person in real life (modern time), whose sister (He is adopted) falls terminally ill, someone offers him a cure for the disease if he were to help his sister establish her guild in a game and make it one of the most powerful ones. (The person who made the offer saw the MC fight to a tie with the best player in the world). The MC gets screwed over in the beginning of the game and is forced to take an alternative route which leads him to discover a unique class. The story follows the MC collection items, pets, getting stronger and making the guild stronger while at the same time having to deal with his past enemies.
