Looking for a Manga similar to Circle Zero's Otherworldly Hero Business Basically a logical, rational, cunning, realistic protagonist that is not from a gambling manga
...well, what about Youjo Senki? I didn't really read this manga...I just found out about it, I was looking it up and found your tread this way. lol Youjo Senki is a gender bender isekai manga too and it has a logical, rational, cunning protagonist...a little too much actually. But that just makes her that much awesome. Basically the most efficient main character to have ever been created.
Already saw the anime, don't think the manga has caught up to the LN yet but thanks for the recommendation anyway!
Well, the manga is the best version of this story. Better than the LN in my opinion because the LN had a lot of information dump which couldn't be skipped over because it was necessary to understand the convoluted war strategies and whatnot. The manga brilliantly simplified all that with pictures and maps...and the LN is licensed so it doesn't get translated anymore. So umm, yea.
...I'm not sure. She's fighting a different guy at the moment. The anime never covered all that. I think the anime ended with her being in Africa with her wing. It glossed over many things and just focused on delivering the story...like a summary to the story so far. So...I'm probably sure the world war hasn't started (the beginning of what the anime ended with) but I do feel like mostly everything that happened in the anime already happened in the manga a long time ago. You should really read it. I started it over from the very beginning after the anime and the whole thing felt like I was reading more of it, not just the same thing again...trust me, I never watch animes to the mangas I've read, or manga chapters of what the anime has covered. This is definitely worth it. The art, the way it explains the battle tactics and also characters are so much better. The only thing I can say the anime has done better than the manga is how they portrayed being X. But that's not the important part cause it doesn't affect the story.
