If you know of a manga, anime, light novel, original novel or a novel from western literature similar to Itazura Na Kiss, please let me know. I really the high school > university > employment > pregnancy progression of the relationship. I am aware of Nodame Cantabile so please don't recommend it (Or Clannad, which is really good). I would prefer the novel to be set in modern times, but will listen to all recommendations. I may just read A Fresh Start for the third time if there isn't one.
I personally like the manga Last Game Elementary>High School>Collage (last chapters I read). Also, the female is the dense one in the romance. Edit: There is also Karo Kano (His and Her Circumstances) with manga (finished) and anime (half of manga' story) High School>Pregnancy>Employment
I wasn't aware Karo Kano continues beyond high school so I will check that out. Thanks! As for Last Game.... I really do like the story but I just don't think its what I'm looking for. Their relationship doesn't progress that much with time, so it still feels like they are in high school.
Thank for the recommendation, but it isn't the sort of story I'm looking for. The MC has multiple love interest and is typically Japanese about making up his mind, so that sort of manga will just frustrate me.
