    From what I know
The 3rd son of Prime minister had crush on her and was hoping that if her engagement with prince was cancelled then she would be engaged to him. The smear or what's her name, (chick that got with prince) is not real baron daughter but a commoner that had light magic and baron + prime minister wanted to make her queen for their own gain. She's also very two faced and is disliked by Ilris since she doesnt have personality of aristocrate.
From what I know mc father really loves her, he only has unfortunate case of resting b**ch face XD One of the reasons why prince dislike mc is her horrible smile that she inherited from her father.
Mc also gets proposition from another country to be engaged (or Queen) for 2 or so years and after that she can either return to her own country or stay there with financial help from king. Mc decided to go since its more common for aristocratic daugters to cook there than in her own country
That's all I know, although I wanna know if her dog reincarnated wit her.

Nice it's spoilers like this that let me read novels with this kind of summary. Don't know if I could take another " I'm the empress, the worlds best neuro surgeon and a diplomat but what I realy want to be is a commoner and an abused wife of a bus driver (Alice Kramden, the honeymooners if it's before your time)

OK, spoilers. I took these from the manga and will try reading scanlations of the web novel.

Prior to her reincarnation Leticia (FL) was a regular Japanese woman who loved to cook as a hobby. She had a pet dog that she absolutely adored. When she was out walking him one night she was hit by le isekai truck, but was able to save her dog. She regains her memories after her fiance, Prince Trash (PT) pushes her into a fountain because of alleged bullying against the trash heroine (TH). Of course the bullying was just her giving the girl a warning not to hang all over a man who already has a fiance, but PT doesn't want to hear anything about it and tells her she's banished from the country. Not wanting to start a civil war, FL decides to graciously visit another country of her own volition rather than be forced out. She's briefly sad as she did genuinely love PT, but that love is pretty much gone enough for her to be able to act rationally. FL leaves with her butler, who she found in an orphanage. He's absolutely devoted to her and views her as his savior.

Once she gets home, FL is appalled by the state of the kingdom's food, as the nobles just heap spice on everything as a sign of wealth and status. She of course gets permission from her father (who is a bit of a tsun at first) and starts cooking delicious food. She also discovers that her magic has gotten stronger, likely because of her past life's memories making it easier to visualize and execute the magic. FL also takes a "Common Sense of a Duke's Daughter" type outlook to her past memories, as she doesn't turn completely into her former self but rather IS Leticia, just with memories of her past life.

FL investigates TH and discovers that it was all a ruse by two families to put one of their relatives on the throne, as the TH is not who she claims to be. TH lures FL to a remote place to try and push her into giving up her nobility, which FL of course refuses. TH tries gloating over her taking away PT, but FL is like "Nah girl, you can keep him" and brings up the revelations about TH's true identity. One of PT's followers, the glasses wearing son of the prime minister, comes to take TH away. For her part, TH is upset that she didn't actually hurt FL, who is actually pretty grateful that she now doesn't have to take care of the idiot. This causes TH to realize that her stupid games won her a stupid prize: she's now bound by all of the expectations, rules, and limits as PT's new fiance and queen candidate. She is not going to be free like she was before. Also, Glasses participated in the whole scheme mostly because he wanted to become her new fiance, essentially the isekai fantasy version of sliding into her DMs.

FL gets home and her father shows his dere side, as he was very concerned for her. He convinces her to get engaged to the king of another kingdom (likely the ML, so I'll call him MLC1 since I think the butler may also be a ML candidate). She's convinced because of a few things: this will keep her safe since right now, the kingdom isn't really the safest because PT is stupid as hell. Her going to the other kingdom will help keep a schism from forming in the royal family, as the king doesn't want to disown his dumb son because otherwise he'll have to hand the throne over to his brother. It'll also help relations with the other kingdom. However the main draws are that she can cook as freely as she wants, whereas it's kind of frowned upon in her kingdom - and the kingdom has beastpeople. So basically she's going more for the power of food and floof.

MLC1 basically just wants to marry the FL so he can put an end to women throwing themselves at him, at least for two years time. Essentially, if the royal couple is married for two years and doesn't consummate (ie, not produce offspring) then the marriage can be annulled. MLC1 is rumored to hate women, so FL will just hang in her own private mansion for the two years and likely just be trotted out at public events and so on. When MLC1 and FL meet, he notices a strange smell on her that he wants to investigate. (Possibly her past life self?) FL is taken to her mansion where she meets her servants, a beastman (dog type) and a beastwoman (cat). She also meets the royal wolves, as the guy who helps take care of them would take them through the mansion's yard as part of their daily walk. FL insists that they continue doing this so she can enjoy the floof, much to the guy's joy. There is mention of four other queen candidates, so there may be some drama on that end in the future, but this is where the latest chapter essentially stops. I'll try to update with more later.

Some quick notes since I'm reading the web novel:

FL can remember her past, but not what she was actually called. All she can remember is that some of her friends from back in her school days gave her a nickname reminiscent of the capybara because she was so cool and laid back.

The TH being trapped in the web of lies is more blatant in the WN as well. She agreed to go along with everything to get power, however she isn't actually going to hold any of it herself since she's going to be manipulated by others behind the scenes. After all, those that got her where she is also know her true identity and can use it against her. TH also doesn't really love PT, at least that's how I read the machine translation. Even if she did, PT only loves the false image she put forward and if she wants to hold on to her role as the Crown Princess she has to keep this up. She won't be loved for herself. So basically TH has zero freedom and can't even be herself, as otherwise that would expose her and put her in danger of imprisonment or worse. She's in a hell of her own making for the most part and didn't fully realize what she was getting herself into.

Chapter 3 of the manga covers up to chapter 15 of the web novel as well.

Here are chapter by chapter spoilers of anything important:

FL starts exercising since she's bored and because you need muscle tone to keep up with some of the more rigorous aspects of cooking, especially as there are no handy electronic appliances. She uses her powers to create some athletic equipment like dumbbells. She's struck by how some of the equipment she's made so far has held up over time, as normally using earth/mineral type magic to create things only makes stuff that has low durability. This makes her wonder if her earth/Japan knowledge has helped to overcome this (ie, while she doesn't know atomic stuff all that well, she's aware that it exists so that may make a difference). She's been in the kingdom for 10 days since her arrival and hasn't met with MLC1 at all. (MLC1: the king she married) She does get to meet up with the wolf guard and wolves every day, which she enjoys. She's created a dog brush to brush the wolves, which they're absolutely in love with so fluffy good time is had by all.

Apparently the brush is something new entirely, so FL goes back to ye olde typical excuse for isekai protagonists and says that she read about it in a book. Wolf Guard borrows it from her to use on the wolves himself. During the brushing bonanza the wolves snap to attention as a blue eyed silver wolf has approached them. FL thinks that it's the wolf of MLC1 (or is actually MLC1), but it's actually a companion of sorts to an old man named Mohr. People have apparently tried to kidnap it before because its blue eyes are representative of royalty, so it is hard for it to trust people. It does allow her to use the brush on it, since it was really interested in the brush and her.
The after note of the chapter basically confirms that it was the king, as he went in a transformed state to check her and the brush out. This basically implies that his life was full of people trying to kidnap or use him for their benefit. If he is distrustful of women as has been stated, it's likely that some women have tried to seduce him (forcefully or otherwise) for their own devices.

FL cooks a chiffon cake and grows closer to the cat maid. Not much happens here.

The villa chef puts in his resignation. He was depressed that she was cooking, as I guess he thought it meant they had no confidence in his cooking. She persuades him to stay and use her style of cooking.

More fluff fun with the silver wolf. FL notices he's not shedding his winter coat like the others, so worries that he'll go bald in a weird way or something like that. She's thinking out loud since she notices he can understand human speech or at least intent. He gets offended by this suggestion. (Because he's the MLC1 checking up on you in secret!) Cat maid comes by and lets FL know that she's been invited to a luncheon at one of the other queen candidate's homes, Natalie.

FL offers a healthy estrangement, which seems to mollify the ML, and she offers her support from the shadows. She then asks about the placement of beastmen servants in her home. Essentially, humans discriminate against beastmen so much in this country that they typically aren't used as servants (or at least not visible ones). They aren't used in inns, so she doubts that the people doing the hiring would actually go out of their way to hire beastmen servants unless he specifically asked them for this. ML more or less says that he did tell them to include beastmen and FL asks him (indirectly) if this was a way for him to determine her personality. There's also mention that the royal family is descended from wolves. They talk about her visit to Natalie's and he says that he sees her as little more than a pawn for her parents' ideas and ambitions. He tells her that it's OK if they don't get along. It seems like he doesn't think much of her family and would rather be rid of them himself.
When she leaves he's impressed by her ability to accurately sum up what's going on. She's a perfect duke's daughter and since she knows the score, is perfect for her role as a queen in name only, but he also knows that she's very kind and thoughtful. He decides to go to her again as the silver wolf.

The following day FL heals herself with fluffiness. The brush she made has gone over like hotcakes, as it makes the molting season a lot easier for the wolves to bear. Her butler is a little jealous that she's giving so much attention to the wolves and kind of wishes he was in their place. (Hmm... so he may be a second ML yet...) He tries passing it off as just him really liking the wolves and FL tells him he can care for the wolves to his heart's content as well. (Bakarina, is that you?) She also confirms with the chef that he wants to cook and serve food that actually tastes good and only use spices to bring out natural flavors.
Enter the silver wolf, seeking attention.

She again notices that the silver wolf is extra fluffy. FL spends her time enjoying the fluff to the max, which the silver wolf seems to shake his head at. The old man returns and FL asks for the wolf's name, but is told that he has none. She suggests names, half in jest and half serious. They end up with Goo/Gu?-sama. She's a bit confused and disappointed that she can only use the brush on him and not pet him by hand, but will take what she can get.
Afterwards she strolls around the forest and finds an unusual sabatra cat staring at her intently and trying to get her to follow it.
FL follow the cat and finds... STRAWBERRIES!

After reading the description it seems obvious that the king is the wolf and he ends up falling in love with her for taking care of him and feeding him amazing food he’ll probably be awkward around her but closer to her in wolf form anyone that’s read it can you tell me if it’s interesting if it is I’ll probably read it

It's a bit like Wolf Duke and Ice Princess but less/no ecchi... But then again a floof is definitely very healing. Especially big floof. Floof and Food are the best comfort anyone can have. Romance? it's lower than money tbh

What kind of story is it ? As of Ch 119(115 by numbering) it's a white lotus turns everyone with a speck of good in them into her follower while the rest self destruct. Unfortunately for the reader all her counterplots have been done retroactively and you only watch them unfurl. Think of reading a mystery but all you get to see are the parlor room reveal of the "The butler did it", There's also a very strange set of priorities in the storytelling. Nearly 100 chapters after the annulment there's no news about what's happening at home. There's 1 chapter from Ileus's POV about demented heroine that's not very interesting. Her home country and family might as well not exist

In short it's not very satisfying but on the plus side, the raws are readable via MTL and if you can swallow an IMMENSE AMOUNT OF STUPID, it mindlessly moves along in a fun fashion.

Bypassing the entire denouncement/anullment setup none of the characters has anything like an actual motivation

    1) Leticia (MC) swallows crap from the prince "FOR THE GOOD OF THE COUNTRY" never considering she's allowing a low grade moron to take the throne. We are talking about someone who "Risked a civil war" to break off the engagement in a stupid fashion

    2) Memories from the past life turn her into the most ridiculously OP mage in the world. What's her use for it, UTENSILS

    3) She is so concerned about doing good for the common people she takes her OP self out of the country she's trying to help

    4) Her new husband publicly insults and humiliates her as she arrives in the new country, and her response is "Oh goody the place is homey" (And yes that's exactly how it's described)

    5) Now in country B she has to deal with 5 biatches who are "candidates" to be the wife of the man she just married all of whom are being shown more respect than she (The queen) is. She just blows it off

    6) There's that crazy heroine, going "Why haven't you demoted yourself to a commoner". So yes you have pussy whipped moron prince, and downright delusional crown princess. About the most intelligent thing in the novel is her fleeing the country, of course that will screw her dad and 3 younger brothers. So still hard to swallow

    7) THE FOOD AND COOKING. The main point of the story, is freaking pointless. Leticia flat out says the only people in the country eating barely edible food are the aristocrats, everyone else eats properly

    8) MC turns stupid whenever the plot requires it. She is normally portrayed as a cunning aristocrat but whenever it's needed she becomes as dull as a butterknife. She neither negotiates nor confirms the terms of her "contract" with the king. Nice to see she learned something from working at a black company in Japan. Later on she gives away the rights to an invention from earth so she can re-landscape her residence. She also fails to vet her staff in the beginning (despite having just had her life blown up by the fake heroine) but is magically able to determine her traitor and bring down everyone involved in the plot.

That's first 15 chapters or so.
At least she didn't seriously consider taking up the rose colored life of a commoner

TBF I'm enjoying the comic book. It appeals via maxxed out cute, the novel doen't quite manage it.

Honestly, I really like it so far. I don't know if it's officially been picked up or not - the pickup forum post said that it was - but it's nice enough that I'd buy the LNs when they come out in English. It uses a lot of common isekai tropes like Truck Kun, cooking superiority, and the OG heroine being duplicitous, but it's honestly a pretty comforting read.

I like that the author tried to put a little spin on things, just enough to pique my interest without going too far in the opposite direction. There also seems to really only be one true ML so far, the wolf king. The butler might become a secondary ML at some point, but honestly I mildly hope that he doesn't since it's nice to have isekai novels that don't go the harem route.

The things that may irritate some are that the romance is SUPER slow in developing. It's taking baby steps and the wolf king seems to be the one falling first as the FL hasn't shown any signs of really being in love with anyone. Here's my rundown on the love interests (and the trash prince) so far:
He assumed she just wanted to be queen and hated her "villainess" smile. Ironically he was tricked into falling for the heroine, who actually IS the one who jumped on board the prime minister's plot because she wanted to be queen. Whether or not she actually loves him for real is somewhat of a moot point since he doesn't love the real her, so any actual love the heroine had wouldn't be truly returned since it wouldn't be for the real her.
The FL did care for him but I think it was more of a case of Stockholm syndrome. She knew that it was arranged but hoped that love would come about eventually. Everything she did, all of her studying and so on was so she could be the best queen that she could for him. Meanwhile he just thought she looked down on him, something that the heroine likely fed into since she obviously lied about the bullying. However regardless of what she felt for him, his betrayal is likely going to impact the FL for a while, similar to the FL of Common Sense of a Duke's Daughter, but that's just hypothesis.
Now the reason that the king puts up with his nonsense is because there's a power struggle going on. TP is his only son/child and if he were to remove him as the crown prince he'd have to basically give up the throne to his brother. Since he doesn't want to do that, he's going to clutch on to his power and leave the prince as the crown prince. Part of what made TP's banishment of the FL so disastrous is that the brother could have totally used that as a way to take the throne from him via a civil war, as the FL's duke family has powerful supporters who would likely back the brother who was saying that the TP (and by extension, the king) were unfit for the throne.

He can shapeshift, something he seems to keep secret from the general kingdom and all but a select few. The old man says that people tried to use and kidnap him, making him afraid of pretty much everyone around him. Since the kingdom also has a big discrimination against beastmen, he likely doesn't want to take a queen who discriminates against them since they'd be essentially discriminating against him. I don't know if he's an actual beastman, but he's close enough that the bigots likely wouldn't care too much.
What's implied so far is that various people likely tried to extort and seduce him. I wouldn't put it past some of the women to try and force their way into his bed, so they can try to use societal pressure to get him to marry them or put them in a position of power (and by extension, their families). He is smart enough to know that he shouldn't show a lot of favor to any one person unless they can defend themselves or prove their worth, otherwise they'll be in danger of getting "accidentally" killed or disgraced. So he's definitely smart. He's also shown himself to possess great military knowledge and power as well.
He starts visiting the FL as a wolf and initially thought of her as a pretty idiot since she's a floof addict, but has come to recognize that she has a very good mind for strategy and politics. At the very least he admires her right now and doesn't absolutely hate her. He doesn't trust her, but he seems to be the one falling first in this scenario since she has no idea that he's the silver wolf.

The FL met him while she was going through an orphanage. She recognized his skill and intellect, so took him into her house and gave him a job. He is VERY devoted to her and capable of researching and performing spy work, since he's apparently the one who found the dirt on the heroine.
He's expressed some interest in the FL since he's been shown to be somewhat envious of her doting on the wolves, but so far there's been no true development on that end. He's actually not even really focused upon in the web novel thus far, other than to just do butler type duties. This may change as things go on, but so far he's just someone who is truly ride or die for the FL.

Om nom nom, strawberries are delicious and FL is thinking about taking the cat in. The butler chides her for eating something that could have been poisoned, but all is apparently well. They go back to the villa where the chef is surprised to see the berries and calls them the "jewel of the demon".
Demon jewels are supposed to be poisonous and were eradicated to the point of near or complete extinction, but of course this ends up not being a demon's jewel, since those are purple. This apparently just really looks like one. This is actually the pauper's jewel, an incredibly rare ingredient. It's called as such because for someone starving to death from poverty, something like this would be a godsend. (Kitty is the equivalent of a truffle sniffing dog or pig, finding super rare delicacies?) However because they look like the poisonous demon's jewels, they're not used as an ingredient similar to how tomatoes were avoided for a while in Europe in the past because of their resemblance to the poisonous belladonna fruit. (The more you know!) Not liking either name, FL proposes to call them strawberries. She draws the chef's attention to the cat, which is now walking on its hind legs.
The cat is apparently a phantom beast called a gardener cat. Because of its usefulness it was pretty much hunted into extinction, as the cats can help grow plants super fast. The surviving ones will help people in exchange for delicious food, as they're gourmets. Apparently kitty wants a strawberry dish. (My bet is it's going to be the infamous strawberry cake.)

FL and kitty are now growing strawberries, which grow a little differently than they do on earth. Also, I lost the bet since the first thing she makes for the cat is strawberry jam. There's an adorable scene of the cat clutching on to a spoonful of jam as it's eating, so I see why the author chose jam. The chefs try out the jam and there are some mixed opinions, but generally people like it. The ones who don't, are more just saying that it isn't sweet enough. She makes various types of strawberry food like strawberry milk.... and strawberry chiffon cake (ie, the stereotypical Japanese strawberry cake), which she plans on presenting to the ML on his birthday in a few days. (Now what are the bets that someone is going to accuse her of trying to poison him?)

FL is accused by Natalie's aunt Dears and their personal chef of plagiarising the strawberry chiffon cake, as their chef has also prepared one that they plan on serving at a tea party later that day and to the king for his birthday. She tries to rebut them and they say that FL's chef did it out of spite because Natalie fired him. FL is frustrated because she can't figure out a way to prove that they're lying and even if she lets it go, it will still impact her chef later on since he still has to live and work in the kingdom even after FL leaves. The jerkwads leave and FL tastes the cake. It's OK, but it's shit quality compared to FL's cake. FL also realizes that the only way that the cake recipe could've leaked is if someone is a traitor.
Silver wolf makes his appearance, but FL is too depressed about the potential betrayal to notice. However because she's so depressed instead of her regular self, ML/wolf lets her pet him. However while she's petting him she realizes that she has a way to prove that she's the originator of the recipe.

Day of the birthday celebration, there's the expected hubbub over the cake. Dears claims that FL's chef stole the recipe out of jealousy, FL retorts by pointing out that they're not serving ML a new idea since they already served it at the tea party, reducing its newness. FL also reveals that she can make a cake mold using smelting magic that can last 3 days rather than the typical 30 minutes, causing a commotion with the crowd since that's serious claims. A magician examines the mold she makes and says it's awesome. FL also rightfully points out that Dears's proof of having a blacksmith make a pan is faulty since they're a family member and would absolutely lie for them in a situation like this.
FL also produces tons of different types of chiffon cake that she says that Dears/Natalie's chef should be able to make if he's the creator of the recipe, because of course neither FL nor her chef would be able to make such advanced versions of the recipe if they weren't the creator, right? Dears causes a fuss and is told to shut up by Natalie since Natalie isn't absolutely stupid and knows that this is just making them look bad. They still continue and the ML basically shuts them down asking if they think he's stupid enough to fall for their lies. He investigated them and the blacksmith family members ended up betraying them because they knew that if they lied to the king in an official investigation, it'd be worse than if they'd lied to FL. ML says that they should have stopped when Natalie told them to shut up.

The plagiarism case ended up putting a black smear on the reputation of Natalie and the others, but FL is impressed that Natalie maintained a dignified demeanor for the most part. This likely won't be enough to drive her out, as otherwise the candidates system may collapse in on itself, however.
FL decides to investigate who was the traitor and it ends up being the cat servant Krona. She was present for some of the cake making, but not enough to really relay the entire way of baking, hence the cake being of poorer quality. She's also not a chef, who would likely have known the importance of various tools and so on. Krona was pressured to serve as a spy because she had a lot of debts due to her parents dying. The debtor? Natalie's family.
FL follows Krona out one evening and sees her meeting several men who came over on a griffin. Once they realize that the FL caught them, they throw some liquid on Krona to get the griffin to attack her. They also encourage it to attack the FL, who flees with Krona. FL subdues the griffin with magic and also captures the men. She also forgives Krona, as she knows that the maid didn't really have a choice in the matter, however the maid will still have to be punished. FL is going to ask for a reduced sentence, however she's worried about Krona's sister since this will still have a negative impact on her.

The aftermath of the birthday debacle ends with Natalie's house being disgraced. She isn't going to spend any time in jail, but she is no longer a queen candidate. Her aunt is in jail for the rest of her life and her chef will spend 30 years in jail as well, however for him it's less that he stole FL's recipe and more that he insulted the king by serving him a plagiarized, inferior dish on his birthday.
Before she officially leaves, Natalie sends FL the griffon that had attacked the cat maid. Apparently her magic attack caused it to evolve to a bigger version. It's a pretty gentle creature, so it and FL take to each other very well. Natalie also sends along an apology that makes her seem not so bad. FL decides to name the griffon Fon.
On a cute side, the FL was musing over everything while grooming the ML in his wolf form, still very unaware that it's him. She wonders if he liked the cake she made for him. He also lets her pet him again.
The following day the strawberries are ripe. FL and garden kitty pick and eat them with condensed milk, which it loves. She also has a discussion with the chef, where he admits to having tried the poisonous version of the fruit as apparently you can cook it in a way that isn't poisonous. Apparently he failed and got wicked sick, though, and FL wonders if he would've tried to prepare fugu fish if he lived in Japan.

    IT'S HERE.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE. (Apparently I was wrong with the prior version being shortcake. What she made initially was this.)

Everyone who tries it, loves it. She takes it to the ML, who instantly recognizes it as the non-poisonous fruit.

No problem! It's a good way to keep track of what's going on, although at some point I should do a basic synopsis that deals with the most important points. It's just that the average chapter tends to be mostly fluff, not that this is a bad thing but it's difficult to summarize. Except for the cake. Cake is important. Strawberry cake and crepes seem to be some of the most visible treats in anime and manga, so I always love to drool over depictions of them. The written depictions are best since I can live vicariously through the character(s) and not gain weight. (Or have an allergic reaction since they have a ton of dairy in them via ice cream or whipped cream.) I just hope that there's a Christmas cake at some point, since those are always so cute - although they'll probably call it something else since I doubt that the world has Christmas.
