    Novel Name: The Fallen Merman
    Looking for: Many Co-Translators, 1 Translation Checker
    Requirements for co-translators:
    - Fluent in English
    - A team player
    - Can meet deadlines
    - Pass the co-tl test that we will give

    Requirements for translation checkers:
    -Fluent in Chinese and English
    -1-2 chapters every week

    Average word count/chapter: 3 to 4k Chinese characters
    -1-2 chapters PER MONTH for co-tl
    -1-2 chapters PER WEEK for TLC
