well your browser and it's version ? mobile or PC? btw since I'm here there also problem I want to report I tried open NU on net cafe yesterday after I log in main page keep loading with it's display same like before I log in but if I go to page 2 it's normal like setting I used in home the net use firefox ver 37~
Tried it with Firefox lastest version aswell as with Operas and Chromes lastest version. Naturally PC. Is what i meant aswell, that the new tabs are displayed as logged out.
In chrome right now opening in tabs. So far, no issues. I have had to re log in on IE for mobile if I close out completely.
oh btw did you use deep frezze or something? most net that have encounter with this problem use deed frezze well at least to several net cafe that I use ~
No i do not. I also tried it with all addons, extentions etc deactivated and had the same results. Even tried it on an diffrent PC with the same result.
then we can only wait Tony to resolved it btw I also try use my lil sister laptop to check NU but it have no problem maybe because we both use different net provider than net cafe~
To put it layman: Cache is temporary memory, as opposed to your hard drive which can store files permanently.
The login information key is saved as local cache. If the cache was missing, then the browser need to ask new cache information from the site, hence re-login.
hmm my problem is not re~login it just main page keep refresh on it's own but second, third page is normal I don't have problem with log out mysteriously ~ so my problem and @Blacky little bit different~
Small update: I cannot even logout anymore. As soon i logout i get back redirected to the NU main site while being logged in. -.-" its getting more and more weird.
No one has reported this yet so it's most likely a problem on your side. I would try clearing your cache. Are you in incognito mode? Also, try disabling all of your plugins. I really don't know what's wrong as you've already tried a different browser and a different computer.
