I'm in the tech section of general chat so why are you yelling? all data usage appears to be frozen not sim issue, I'm in the US, but I am paying for unlimited data (not power >_>)
Okay, I'm not a tech guru but i had the same experience when i bought new Sim cards twice. All I did was change the APN, like create a new one instead of choosing from the available options. I just used the same original setting on the new one. Hope that helps
have you contacted your service provider? Or has anything major happened in your area, causing a shut down or something?

Honestly? You need to provide a lot of information to have a remote chance of getting any help on this kind of issue... Like... Country, Provider, State, City, Region of the City, Data plan... Considering how much personal information this includes, the chance of someone being able to help you was close to 0.
