Forgotten Title Something about 2 deities (one who handles red strings) who got reincarnated as a punishment

Hello, so I’ve been looking for this novel where in the MC was a cloud I think then became a deity (low level) and then she helps his master in handling the red strings. After that the ML crashed in that room while the MC’s master was gone, so they kind of clashed? Then as a punishment they were reincarnated in the human realm. I remember that it has many arcs, the first one was that the ML drank the soup while the MC did not and they reincarnated as children. The MC have her memories while the ML don’t have his.
