I find no novel coming close to the quality of Monarch of Evernight (MOE) ... I like 'Rebirth of the thief Who Roamed the World', but it updates a bit slow... Most novels I have read have been predictable.... Btw I do not like novels where the protagonist is a jackarse, proud young master or pure evil who likes to chop peoples head for looking at him...[no BL or anything similar]

Try the master "Beyond?" from andur in royalroad. Fluffy but with a OP mage MC that is ready to do anything to get the job but still is a good guy. Bunch of epic moments. Full of originality. Each chapter better then the previous. Also MC is addicted to chocolate. Popular author, even though for some reason a few people don't like his works. Spoiler: 2 sad deaths of minor characters. First child of MC die before being born. Aunt of MC is killed. The books of Andur are kinda related because same MC and FL but reborn = quick transmigration/rebirth. Call me when you finish "Beyond?" and want the reading order.
