You Re sleepy, but you need to do a lot of things, homework, laundry, dishes, cleaning house, daily routine and so on..you're sleepy, way too sleepy so how to wake yourself so you could do all the stuff you need to do before you collapse?
Mint, or chilli sauce, something spicy You could also try doing a few frog jumps/jumping jacks (or any high intensity exercise of ur choice) to get ur blood pumping n adrenaline going, may work for a bit

Just do what you need to do and trow everything else out of your mind. Or you could take the easy route of eating a lemon/chili (no small bites, and chew the food properly).
Try to rearrange your schedule so that most nights you can get a proper 8-9 hours of sleep. Once your body has the sleep it needs it will not constantly attack you with sleepiness.
Music does the job for me. Bands like Skillet, A Man with a Mission...etc Said and done you should sleep more. Trying to follow a better sleep schedule is the better choice. You may feel like you got better things to do/or are very busy but premature death is a thing. Once dead, you won't get another try at life ever again.
Eat something sour. Like a lemon or a pickle. Listen to music. Read(?) Move yur boddie \o Blast yourself with some bright light while keeping your eyes open as much as you can, especially for the first few seconds, those are the critical ones for getting the wake-up effect. If the sun is available, go out in it for awhile.
Be kind to yourself is more important than studying hard. When you cram information you aren't really learning anything...seriously. Learn as you go along, a little bit after each class. Do a weekly revision of all your material. Eat well. Drink plenty water. Exercise and take time for family/friends/lovers. You will find that while everyone else is stressed during finals, you will be fine, using your revision materials to remember, not to learn. that is key. In saying that, if you have to cram: Take a cold shower or wash your face. Put on music that gets you motivated. Dance. Laugh with friends/colleagues. Go for a brisk walk. Avoid sugar...that will only work for a short term before you crash. Eat low GI diet.
