After seeing chapter 44 of the manhwa, where the 'possible' fml embraces another guy in a strange pose, I have doubts if there is a romance in the novel... and how it goes?

 

As of chapter 302, there isn't any.
There was almost something at the beginning, but I think the author changed his mind.

She does join. Where I left off, she hadn't betrayed the guild or MC, and she kind of hated "Hiro" by that point.

 

I also want to ask about Geonu's mother, is she dead or will she reappear later? And is the novel finished?

 

I'm pretty sure she's dead.
I left off on chapter 324, and then YONDER dropped it from the Daily Pass, so I haven't bothered to read it in a while.

The K version is finished (510 chapters), but the translation on YONDER isn't (380 chapters translated so far).

I tried to read the manhwa, but I couldn't stand all of the fillers. I dropped it just after the start of the zombie arc.
