Obviously enjou,nobody hasn't discovered THAT bakaburagi's foolishness till now only because enjou covers for him,and while her generals cover for her,there's quite a lot of people who came close to reika's true personality
But isn't that only because Reika actually interacts to lots of other people while Bakaburagi only ever speaks to a limited amount of people, like Enjou, Wakaba, Yurie, Yukino, Reika... Enjou Though I guess in the end, I have to agree that Masaya has the better PR Manager, after all, he doesn't have a certain tanuki family member going around spreading false info about how much of a fathercon he is
But while Baka hasnt interacted with as many as other people, whatever he does pretty much becomes public news everytime. Even when he was a primary student, kids in middleschool knew about him and his antics (mostly cause he was adamantly following Yurie around, but thats beside the point), and Masaya had used people to ‘guard’ Yurie and report back to him. (Gods he was such a creep...)
I would say his reckless image is pretty balanced out just having Enjou (the outwardly perfect young master) around, afterall, they're pretty much seen as a package. Also, his family is the most influential one around and he has a domineering aura 24/7 so maybe no one dares slight his royal majesty's name Though your question makes me think, what would Bakaburagi and Reika's public images be like if they didn't have their PR Managers around. Would it be a really large difference to their current images I wonder?
