I read until chapter 200 and it is good enough for my taste

But really, though, It's almost like ISSH where Meng Hao has his Karma skill and tricks people into it.

Its ok the only major problem I have is that so far the author seems to leave out the use of their soul fish. Most of the time people use contracted fish and we rarely see the mc use his two fish besides searching for treasures and finding people. The one big problem I have is that the author seems to be trying to put in too many hidden details for future build up instead of expanding the several secrets that were already created now.

An example of these are:
1. What is the other uses of the twin yin and yang fish. Will they become pisces? Will he ever actually be able to control the fusion? Most of the time is spent looking for mysteries instead of finding out more secrets about his soul fish. They just seem to come out randomly and make him go places and find things that only build up more mystery.
2. Theres so many things that can't be explained to the mc yet until he has more strength how ever at this point everything just seems to become that reason. "Why can't we know about the unknowable place" - not strong enough. Han fei never seems to know anything to the point where most of the time when everyone else already knows something he's pretty much the last person to find out and that's basically how almost every scenario goes and it would be nice if someone just actually explained something for once.
3. The third problem is that the mc really relies too much on other people, but maybe this is just my opinion. He has something thats like a system which randomly helps him time to time. However his overall power growth isn't really considered fast because somehow his friends and a lot of other people always seem to catch up, surpass, or be just around the same level as him. With all the advantages he has besides needing more energy, you would think he would be stronger than them by more than he is.
4. The fourth and last problem I'm going to mention is that the author mentions so many places that won't even be visited yet for a long time. It takes away from the present story line and always makes you constantly consider when are they going to get to the endless sea, when is the mc going to find his own world again and such when in reality, we currently don't need to be thinking that far ahead.

The story is actually pretty good so far but instead of focusing on the mystery so much I wish the author would consider the character self discoveries about their own powers before they go and do random things. So far its just like train- go to new place- find mystery- suddenly get more powerful- beat and rob everyone- prokove a powerhouse- teacher comes to the rescue while telling mc and friends hints about the future that leaves more unknown holes in the plot- repeat.

 

Anyone know what the romance is like in it?

 

Soul Land 1 is the most similar thing to this

 

I'm currently on chapter 480. MC gets a fruit that can change his spiritual veins into the top level, but he has to restart his cultivation to attain them. Does he use the fruit on himself, hasn't used the fruit yet, or has he given the fruit to someone else? Kind of curious since MC's spiritual veins are pretty poor.

EDIT: I'm on chapter 851 :// I'm considering dropping the novel if the MC doesn't stay faithful to Xia Xiaochan...... I abhor harems.

 

Does he stay with her because if not I’m probably gonna drop.

 

I'm pretty sure he's going to stay with her but I'm not too sure if it will only be her.

 

can someone please tell me if this is gonna be a harem?? so, i can nip it in the bud before getting engrossed on this one...

Wow so people actually read the novel. It's seriously too weird for me. A world where everyone is fishing, living in the sky, they move around in boats, use fishing rod as weapons! Too too weird!!

 

The idea of fishing itself is refreshing and exciting at the same time

The anticipation of exploring and the journey is worth the idea

 

Oh well, I'll grit my teeth and try to find joy in misery

 

Actually beside the romance, the classic question if is harem or not, what i most want to know is thugs academy destroyed?
Ha fen had this vision of the academy destruction and well it bother me to wait for it.

Aside from that will xiao fmc like in doulou 1 style sufer a tragedy because she isn't exactly human?
