How many of you guys are waiting for the return of this PS1 masterpiece on PS4 and Xbox One? Looks like pretty much everything of the old trilogy will be improved such as better graphics, characters and stages, combat system and even its already awesome soundtrack. Personally it will be the occasion to get contact with my childhood once again. Only few months left.
that dragon huh. . . . . i think gamers will have a much large reaction if somehow they re-master/re-make? game like Chronocross or Chrono Trigger. . . or the likes of FF1-9 or much better if they do Parasite Eve Or Xeno Gears. . . .or Breath of Fire Series. . Tales of Series. . or that Lunar Story. . . .darn alot of them. . specially if they do Xenogears. . . . darn imagining it makes my mouth droll. . .
So another PS1 game remake, huh. I wonder if it will be any different than the Crash Bandicoot remake (not saying I hated either original series)
I guess the idea is quite similar but from what I have seen Spyro will get greater changes overall. Different game stages will look quite different from the originals for example.
I am. ^_^ I only got the chance to play Spyro a few times at an Internet cafe when I was little, but obviously it left an impression, since I still remember it.
you know, its a game for a child. will it repackage for adult since it seems the way you're saying is the target will be the older audience for the sake of nostalgia. will there be gore, blood and naked lady? or will there be loot crate? lol
Lol well I guess that kind of stuff gets adults more but I would like to live the old times once in a while
Eh... well, I am 31, and I don’t like any of those—gore, blood, and naked ladies—so I guess I’ll be just fine if there’s only loot crates.
I'm not entirely sure where I stand on this. On the one hand I'm glad to have a chance to play a lot of these old games with updated graphics and game engines but on the other hand I find it frustrating that there's this push to get you to pay for the same games you already owned over and over again just to have it in its latest form or on the latest platform. I realize there is no one forcing you, but it's like upgrading from VHS to DVD to BluRay to Digital. At what point do you just say that's enough, I'm not going to keep paying again and again and again for something I already own.
