Another mass release. Up to chapter 20.
try around chapter 15-20, like gary said there isnt any major difference as of now. If im not wrong i think they have only skipped some minor stuff like Gong-ja 2nd suicide skit with the guard and some inner monologues and info
So the Saintess is not the heroine.
Do the MC ever meet with the Saintess again in the future and what happens to her?
That sounds completely like something our zombie would do. honestly, no romance can be as bad as a level-up monster.
I mean, is that really weird or something? He was already obsessed with flame emperor and the rankers to the point of even remembering the names of everyone in the top 100 iirc, so im just like "welp that seems like something he will do indeed"
Dunno why almost every comment that talks about this novel adding romance wants to avoid it like the plague when if anything if will make the mc grow as a character
Personally, I thought that the romance was really trash and it was one of the things that really ruined this novel. If I had to describe it, it is like one of those shitty Japanese harem stories where the girl falls for the MC very quickly and becomes obsessed with him. That's how bad it was. There was barely any buildup to him actually falling in love with her. I personally forgot all about "Level-up Monster" due to how long it's been since I read it, so I can't comment on that. But I can say that the romance in this novel was pretty abysmal IMO.
that sucks. im guessing villianess is also peerless out of this world beauty with big breasts and voluptuous body that devotes everything for the MC too. such trash, heroine shouldve been alchemist
So do we know what the other cleared worlds are like?
Saga of the Iron Knights in Space. Do they now have a way to get space-age tech?
'Dawn Mountain Cabin Journal' doesn't tell us anything or about why they bother clearing it
about the romance part, i actually MTL all the arc after the devil so maybe i haven't see the finer detail of the story yet. But i imagine if you have to repeat a certain part of your live for years and then you found someone that you can share your experience/memory where everyone else don't remember a thing, i reckon you'll fall in love in no time with that person. Kinda like if one of the MC of Mother of Learning is girl i think they will have relationship for sure after all thing ends. Also don't forget that gong-ja basically save ivansia from her suffering so it may play a big part of it.
Those kind of questions go to Spoilers
ngl, the current arc is rough. seriously thinking about shelving the story and binging it when this arc is over. it is incredibly boring to read right now. oh well, I guess the revelation at the end of the chapter almost saves it. I guess I will read a few more before deciding whether to shelve it for a bit.
does anyone know when the current arc ends? a rough estimate is also welcome.
It looks like this is where I stop reading. This arc and the losers that like it can blow me. Grow a brain and stop defending forced shitty romance.
Hurr durrr Force Romance my ass. You are the loser who actually who didn't have a brain here. Keep your ignorance
What got me to put it on hold was trending more towards "Muh nakama" kind of theme you would expect from a JP novel.
MC going for perfect clears with groups just to doom himself into carrying others.
I liked the creative use of the perk in the start (aside from the obvious "miracle" of getting a resurrection perk on his first death) but it really fell off into generic territory after that.
Spoiler: How are people okay with her not being the main heroine...
yeah, it's a pity
but, i'm a 'GongJa X Raviel' believer
I like the black witch and was really betting for her at the beginning but after the part where gong-ja did the press-conference she barely got any spotlight.. its a shame really
btw it reminds me of Chohong losing all her importance when Kim-Hanna got into the team in SCOG
It's nice to have good female characters that aren't love interests. Honestly, this is one of the rare novels that has badass female characters without it being a harem.
Separate names with a comma.
